Shammy Caridade
CEO and Appointed IndividualShammy has worked in complex care in the home for the past fifteen years and possesses a background in Management, Autism Care Management, Customer Service, and Tech Management. Shammy is passionate about the care the staff provides. Shammy has observed the transformative impact it can have for families and individuals to receive care in their own home setting and the difference that a fantastic team of staff can make. Shammy takes great pride in the work delivered by the nurses and care staff, and is driven to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered through training and feedback, always ensuring that safeguarding is at the forefront of all actions.
Shammy works with the ethos that the organisation should always be working to enhance its service and should always be listening and learning from both staff and clients. With great management and training skills, Shammy believes in the potential to benefit the service users greatly.

Mary Caridade
Registered ManagerMary Caridade has 20 years of experience in healthcare and dental nursing, working in various roles including care assistant, support worker, and Lead Dental Nurse. She possesses advanced knowledge in patient care, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and learning disabilities. She has worked with the elderly, young adults with disabilities and learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural issues. She takes the importance of companionship and support in patient care very seriously. In extremely difficult situations, she remains level-headed, calm, and effective.
Her qualifications include a Diploma in Dental Nursing and an up-to-date Care Certificate. Outside of work, she is a pastor’s wife and mother to a daughter and a son. She is active in her community and church, always going the extra mile for those in need. Her hobbies include cooking, swimming, and going for walks.
